Chicago nightclub cited for allowing underage Justin Bieber inside

A Chicago nightclub has been cited for allowing the 19-year-old pop star Justin Bieber inside the 21-and-over establishment.

If a hearing officer finds the club in the 800 block of N. Orleans liable, the typical fine is $1,000.
